Yes! We can build a custom PC based on your requirements.

If you’d like to order a PC from our collection but want to change certain parts, such as a different model or brand, simply contact us at support@clstech.com.au. Please include a screenshot of the PC you want to order and specify the modifications you’d like.

For all our custom-built PCs, we require 1-5 business days to assemble your computer, including stress testing and packaging. Typically, we dispatch PCs within 1-3 business days after you place an order.

Delivery times depend on your location. We ship from WA, and customers in the city will receive their PCs faster than those in remote or rural areas.

We ship via Australia Post:

• Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

Please note: During holidays, shipping may be delayed. Once we hand over your parcel to Australia Post, we cannot control the shipping process.

Yes, we thoroughly check each PC before customer pick-up or shipping. This includes stress testing and confirming that all parts are working as expected. Inside the PC, we place foam for protection, and we wrap the entire unit with foam and wraps to ensure it arrives in perfect condition without scratches or damage.

If your PC arrives and there’s no display or it doesn’t turn on, please contact us at support@clstech.com.au within 1-3 days and provide photos or videos of the issue. We may request a video call or FaceTime to assist you in setting up your PC and diagnosing the problem.

Your PC can last for many years with proper maintenance, such as keeping it clean to prevent overheating issues and avoiding unsafe overclocking.

Each component inside your PC can be replaced or upgraded, as long as the new parts are compatible with your system. Please note that any hardware damage caused by modifications may void the warranty.

We use only high-quality and well-known brands for our custom PCs. Some of the brands we use include Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI, Corsair, Kingston, and more.

If you select the same components as shown in the product photo, your PC will look the same. However, if you choose different components such as a graphics card, cooling fans, or other parts, there may be slight variations in size, colour, and design.
