Refund policy
RETURNS/REFUND, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At CLS TECH, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you experience any issues with your order, we offer the following returns/refunds policy:
- We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of the product delivery date. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded, and the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the product to us. (Any opened, PC, non-faulty goods cannot be returned. Any opened product is not eligible for change of mind returns.)
- Please note non-refundable transaction/shipping fee applies for all change of mind refunds processed.
- Consumable goods like lubricants, switches and films are not acceptable for returns.
- No cancelation of order for custom keyboards and PCs after 24hrs of placing an order.
- In the event that you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please note that a restocking fee of 5% will apply. This fee is necessary to cover transaction fees that are charged to us and cannot be refunded.
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, it should be noted that this entitlement may not apply to products that have been modified or altered by the consumer in a way that could contribute to the major failure
- All returns must be in brand new condition—unused, unopened, and undamaged—along with all original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned properly and securely packed, just as it was received.
If the item is not returned in proper condition (e.g. opened, damaged, or poorly packed), a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Pre-order and Group Buy Policy
- Shipping: Orders will be shipped once all parts are in stock. If you require any in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please place a separate order.
- Group Buy Items: No cancellations or refunds are allowed once a group buy order is placed.
- Pre-order Cancellations: A 3% cancellation fee applies to pre-orders. This fee covers bank charges that are non-refundable.

Return of Faulty product/ Dead on Arrival
If you encounter any issues with a product or receive a faulty item, please reach out to us first via email or website chat, and we will be happy to assist you. Before returning any item, we kindly ask that you provide evidence of the issue, such as photos or videos, along with a description of the problem. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
If you receive a product that is dead on arrival, we kindly request that you contact us immediately and initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, we will always process it using the same payment method that was originally used for the order. We hope this policy gives our customers peace of mind when shopping with us.
