At our company, we prioritize providing the best possible customer experience. That's why we strive to process, pack, and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Our efficient shipping policy ensures that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, with minimal delay.
Free Shipping on orders over $199 for keyboards and accessories. (excluding GB/Pre-Order products and items weighing more than 1.5kg)
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping Australia wide via Australia Post services. All orders are fully registered and tracked, someone must be available to receive the delivery at the provided shipping address.
International Shipping
We also provide international shipping to most countries. Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the cost of the order and will vary depending on your country’s regulations.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon arrival, your order will be cancelled, and the total shipping cost (including return shipping) as well as any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
If no one is available when delivery is attempted, your delivery will generally be made available for collection from your local courier depot or Post Office. Redelivery, redirection, or returned deliveries may not be available and may incur additional fees.

Other Shipping Policies
Customers are responsible for all freight charges for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect delivery details.
Customers are responsible to be available for delivery and to sign and accept the goods, redelivery attempts will be charged to customer if delivery address is unattended. If Australia Post incorrectly deliveries a parcel it is the customers responsibility to dispute with Australia Post. Customers are welcome to use alternative shipping methods upon request.
